Go Girls! Virtual Group sessions are now being offered for female identifying young people between the ages of 11 and 14!

Your child could be involved in a free group program that encourages positive self confidence, balanced eating and active living all while connecting with other youth going through similar experiences. Mentors will guide the group through activities and discussions to build knowledge and connections.
