Mentors receive our bi-monthly Mentors Memo highlighting news, updates, and upcoming events at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County, and offers suggestions for Match Activities!
The activities listed in the newsletters centre around the Search Institute’s key elements of a Developmental Relationship
(Express Care, Challenge Growth, Provide Support, Share Power, and Expand Possibilities).
These activity lists are intended as a guide for matches who require support with activity ideas. Matches do not have to stick to this list and are free to do activities that both enjoy.
If you require activity supplies please notify your Mentoring Coordinator specifically as to what activities you would like to do with your mentee.

We also created the Mentees/Mentors Suggestions & Feedback – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County,
a space for our mentees and mentors to provide feedback and offer suggestions for BBBSOC staff to assist us in providing a positive, enjoyable, fun, and rewarding experience for all.
