Join BBBSOC in the Ingersoll ParticipACTION Community Challenge

June is Ingersoll Recreation Month, and we’re excited to invite all our Mentors, Mentees and BBBS families to join in the fun, while helping Ingersoll compete in the 2025 ParticipACTION Community Challenge!

This friendly national challenge encourages Canadians to get active all month long and we’re tracking participation right here in Ingersoll!

We’ve created TWO exciting ways to help you get moving and get involved:

Activity Passport:
Complete fun, fitness-themed activities as a match or family! Do jumping jacks in the park, go for a bike ride, or try pickleball – just complete 10 or more activities in June to be entered into a prize draw!

Community Challenge – Scavenger Hunt:
Explore your community while staying active! This scavenger hunt is full of movement-based clues and local landmarks, perfect for a weekend adventure.

When you submit activities, we’ll log it on the ParticipACTION website as part of Ingersoll’s total. The more we move, the better chance we have of winning the title of Canada’s Most Active Community!

We’ll also track participation for our own BBBS prize draws, so the more you get involved, the more chances to win!

If you have any questions connect with Erica Hughes at 519.537.6404 | erica.hughes@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca.

You can download the two activities here: Ingersoll ParticipACTION Activity Passport | Ingersoll Scavenger Hunt ParticipACTION

There are printed copies of these activities available for pick up at: BBBS Ingersoll office (58 Thames Street S.), Fusion Centre (121 Thames Street N.), and Victoria Park Community Centre (355 Wellington Street).

Let’s get moving, Ingersoll!
